Hal has written a number of productions for Broadway, West End, Film and Television. For Broadway his shows have included Minnies Boys, Goodtime Charlie, Teddy and Alice, Ambassador and Snoopy which transferred to London's West End.

Hal's television work has been extensive with over 75 credits including the award winning mini series Harry Truman; The Presidential Years. Film work includes Hey, Let's Twist which was nominated for Best Written Musical, Senior Prom, Crazy Party and Snoopy - The Cartoon. Musically he has worked with notably Peter Allen and Julie Styne, with recordings by Lena Horne, Shirley Bassey, Tony Bennett, Danny Kaye, The Muppets and Sammy Davis Jr.

Currently he is working on a number of projects including Easter Show at Radio City, Rhythm Ranch (National Tour), Little By Little and The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
